Using Adobe Audition
For the voice-over and noise reduction, we used Adobe Audition. Using Adobe Audition was relatively straightforward, we just had to create a new project and press record once we were ready to record the voice-over, and we accessed Adobe Audition through Adobe Premiere Pro in order to try and remove the background noise from the conversation shots.

Due to test shoot voice over having been difficult to record separately from the project itself, we decided that the best course of action was to record the voice-over while watching the sequence. We used the edit suite's two monitors to allow us to both record the voice-over in Adobe Audition, and watch the sequence at the same time in Adobe Premiere Pro.
One of the main things about Adobe Audition that confused us was what file-type to choose, as it gave options for what format, compression, bit-rate, etc. Once we had found out what settings to use, we were able to get it done, but upon first encounter we found it slightly troublesome.
